After weeks of shopping around on yahoo online, I came across their website where I searched for the laminate wood flooring I was looking for. I was happy to see what I needed and even happier once I called and spoke to Antonio. He took the time to educate me over the telephone. Antonio, I would like to take this time to thank you for your excellent business service. The way you honor your clients; is what we are missing today in most businesses in America. It was at the end of May that I was in the market to buy flooring for my new condo. Looking for a great deal, I found your company. The pricing seemed unreal. To good..to be true. I went to your warehouse and chose a Pergo flooring. Your policy was cash. I was not to comfortable because he had to hold my flooring for four weeks; and in this economy was a big risk to me! While I was there solidifying the deal, many customers that was present re-purchasing flooring verified Antonio s business attributes and service. I felt a peace and I couldn t wait for the job to be completed. Upon moving into my condo; starting renovation I found mold. There would be a delay and I had no idea how long. I called Antonio crying; he was so compassionate and real, he stated no problem. He stated that he can hold the flooring or reimburse me the funds. I had a good inside feeling from this man, Antonio. My review is just this regarding the laminate floor installation this past Feb 2012: everything that I have read positively about you and your installers is absolutely true. I can not think of anything more positive to add other than my wife is still amazed by the price, personal concern, installers attention to detail, (did I mention that they did all of the closets and under the refrigerator with the same attention to detail) and the amazing time in & out with complete cleanup. The fact that I stop by your shop on Friday Morning and the job was completed the next day within 6 hours left me totally amazed; I work at Home Depot….where do you find installers that have work ethics as these 4 guys have? My name is Todd and we live in a Coral Springs condo. I needed to change our flooring from carpet to laminated wood to accomodate my wheelchair (I had a stroke). Not only was Antonio affordable and flexible, but recommended an upgrade to commercial grade flooring to better withstand the wheelchair traffic.
